To begin, you need to create an account to access our training modules. Click on the "Start lessons now" button to create your free account. Each learner should have their own account for the best experience. The basic training will teach you everything you need to know to use your prescription management platform. You will learn how to approve orders placed by clients from your online store, how to place orders, send product recommendations to your clients, manage prescriptions, and more. The administrative training is specifically designed for administrative users of your site. If you are not an admin user, you should take the Team Training module. You will learn how to use the admin tools such as managing your staff list and notifications preferences, managing your catalog and pricing, how to pull reports, and more.
